Where to enter a BDG Win gift code
Sign in to your account and look for Gifts in the account menu. The Gifts page includes a code field and redemption history. Menu names may change between versions.
Enter the code exactly as it was issued. Check letters, numbers and extra spaces before submitting. If the offer has eligibility conditions, read them first. A registration invitation code and a gift code serve different purposes; do not enter your invitation code as a gift code.
Check the offer before using a code
A gift code may be limited to a promotion, a group of accounts or a particular period. Read the offer attached to the code to see whether it applies to your account. A code copied from an old post may no longer work.
We have not verified an active public gift code for all users. A headline saying “today’s code” is not enough to confirm that a code is valid. Do not pay someone for a code or share your password or OTP to claim one.
Why a gift code may not work
If you see an error, keep the exact message. An invalid-code message, an expired-code message and an already-used message can describe different problems. Check for a typing error, then compare the code with the original offer.
If the message says you are not eligible, review the offer conditions. Repeatedly submitting the same code will not change an eligibility condition. If the reason is unclear, contact the account service through a support route you can verify.
Check redemption history and your balance
After submitting a code, look for a matching entry in redemption or transaction history. Keep the date, the displayed reward and the result message. A submitted code is not the same as a confirmed credit.
If history shows a reward but your balance has not changed, send the support team the relevant record privately. Do not post your account ID, full transaction details or login information in a public group.
Gift codes, signup bonuses and invitation codes
An invitation code identifies a referral during registration. A gift code is entered separately in Gifts. A signup bonus is an account promotion. One does not automatically establish eligibility for the others.
The ₹28 signup-bonus account example on our bonus page was confirmed by its account holder as play-only credit that cannot be withdrawn. Do not assume a gift-code reward has the same conditions: check the terms attached to that reward.
